Meditab is an award-winning medical software firm that provides electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solutions.
I was tasked by the CEO to serve as Product Manager to lead the overhaul of the Meditab Skills University e-learning system.
The old e-learning system supported thousands of users but was struggling with slow performance and minimal functionality. Additionally the training materials hosted on the system were several years out of date.
I led a team of 5 JavaScript engineers to rewrite the e-learning system with new features including lesson feedback, lesson ratings, discussion forums, and user account management. I designed wireframes, wrote product specifications, and managed the development of the full redesign and rewrite.
In addition to the e-learning product development, I managed 20 technical writers and video producers to update 500+ training lessons over a 6 month timeline.
