Co-founded company, recruited core team, and led technical product efforts that contributed to a $5M raise.

- Led day-to-day operations and set KPIs for a distributed team of 20 engineers and designers building products for iOS, Android, and web. Planned and executed engineering, design, and marketing sprints utilizing Agile methodologies (JIRA Scrum, daily standup, retrospectives).

- Drove full product vision from concept to delivery. Responsible for feature design, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for CoInspect, an enterprise freemium SaaS solution. Features include digital checklists, content editor, notifications, analytics, embedded Tableau dashboards, and sensors integrations for wireless food monitoring.

- Designed product UX wireframes and prototypes with Sketch and Flinto. Conducted customer interviews, on-site research and workflow analysis. Utilized Design Thinking methods to ideate and validate feature development.

- Established biweekly release cadence and drove efficiency improvements with continuous integration and continuous delivery development practices.

- Managed marketing team to develop branding, website, and landing pages. Created display, video ad, and retargeting campaigns across social media and other popular ad networks. Utilized SQL and created reports in Hubspot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to measure campaign success.

Oversaw operations for 400+ employees and managed teams in Oakland, Philippines, and India that supported the core product. Tasked by CEO to serve as Product Manager to lead overhaul of the Meditab Skills University e-learning system. The previous system was used by thousands of users, but was struggling with performance issues, limited functionality, and outdated training materials.

- Led five JavaScript developers on systems rewrite and addition of new functionality (comments, lesson ratings, discussion forums). Oversaw 20 technical writers and video producers updating 500+ training lessons in six months. Launched product ahead of schedule.
